DPRK Saet-Byul 4ho UAV Decal Set (RQ-4 UAV Copy) for the Kinetic/SkunkModels kit

It is a decal set that can Build the Saet-Byul 4ho UAV, an unmanned reconnaissance aircraft unveiled along with the Saet-Byul 9ho UAV, at the military parade in North Korea in autumn 2023.
It seems to be a copy of the appearance of the U.S. RQ-4 and it is also an aircraft whose performance is unknown.
It includes a figure of a very fat man, along with a high-quality water decal that can reproduce the UAV unveiled at the military parade.
