Product description

F-111F Aardvark

The F-111F was the definitive version of the F-111 during the late the Cold War era. This meticulously designed decal set offers a variety of marking options capturing the most iconic F-111F units and color schemes.

Featuring a total of sixteen different aircraft from the 48th Tactical Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath and other notable squadrons, this set highlights the Aardvark's storied service in Europe and the Middle East - culminating in its crucial role during Operation El Dorado Canyon and Operation Desert Storm. From distinctive nose art on unit commanders' jets to mission markings, you will find plenty of striking details that truly bring these jets to life.

These decals were designed to fit the 1/48 scale Academy and Hobby Boss F-111 kits. We recommend using the Hobby Boss F-111E kit in conjunction with aftermarket F-111F cockpits for this kit.
