This is a product designed to model a fully deployed brake chute.
This particular brake chute type was used by different aircrafts like F-4 / RF-4 Phantom II, F-104 Starfighters, MiG-21 Fishbed etc. Please check your references for the particular type of aircraft you wish to use it for.
The set includes:
- Single piece resin chute canopy (3D printed).
- thin metallic rods that represent the parachute cords that help for a rigid construction
It is suggested to cut 20 pieces from the metallic rods in approximately 9cm or 3.5 inches (1/48 scale) and glue them with cyanoacrylic (instant) glue.
The chute canopy is printed in resin and it is shipped without supports to help the model avoid breakages on the product.
