F/A-18E/F/G Super Hornet Weapons Pylons no Dog Ears for the Hasegawa/Revell kit.

These newly designed Super Bug Pylons add a massive amount of detail over the parts available right now. They are meant for use on the Hasegawa kit but can easily be adapted to the Revell kit as well. The masters were built by our good friend Richard Van Zandt. The level of detail on the bottom of the pylons alone will make you want to leave ordnance off! This set includes 7 new pylons. other than the wingtips.

The lack of dog ears are the fiberglass covers that were installed on the pylons to aid in aerodynamics as the pylons are canted out so losing drag was a very important issue. Many times you would see a mix of pylons on the jet both with and without the do ears over those bolts up near the leading edge.
