OV-10 Bronco replacement tailplane for the ICM kit

This is a replacement tailplane for the OV-10 initial release by ICM. This is the kit parts from the later D kit where ICM corrected the initial error, which is very commendable. The original release did not have the vortex generator’s on the underside, so this resolves this issue.
