Razorback P-47's of the 56th Fighter Group set 5
This sheet includes markings to complete a selection of two 'Razorback' P 47s of the 56th Fighter Group lead by the US ace Colonel Hub Zemke. The P 47 was the first allied fighter aircraft able to cover the heavy bombers all the way to the target, fitted with drop-tanks
Developed by the British made from compressed paper. Zemke's group was one of the pioneers of bomber defence using the P 47, a heavy but well-armed fighter.
