Equivalent to # 600, which is easy to handle
The bottom is spoiled. Is a peculiar file that has never existed before.
Suguremono that can get rid of the bottom of a narrow space that you couldn't reach before!
Files are also electrodeposited on the chamfered part with a tip of 0.3 mm! Excellent workability!
Because it is chamfered, it can be handled diagonally.
Material: Diamond grain bond by nickel electrodeposition to carbon tool steel.
In addition to resin, it can be used for cutting materials such as carbon resin, cemented carbide, hardened steel, ceramics, glass, tiles, reinforced plastics, and stainless steel. It is not suitable for cutting wood because it will clog immediately.
Since the diamond abrasive grains are firmly held by the file base, the initial sharpness is maintained for a long period of time.
If you get clogged, use a toothbrush to remove the sharpening powder, and the cut will be restored.
Applications: Plastic models, model railroads, RC, figures, dollhouses, etc.
What is a diamond file?
It is a file in which artificial diamond grains are bonded to the surface of the file by a plating method (nickel electrodeposition method) using a special metal such as nickel.
Since the bonding force is very strong, the amount of protrusion of the diamond grains that bond to the file surface can be increased, and the high concentration density of the diamond grains on the surface provides good cutting force.
Be sure to clean with an old toothbrush after work.
