SAAB 91 B/C/D Safir trainer

Saab 91 Safir, is a single-engine low-wing general aircraft from SAAB, that first flew in November 20, 1945. The Safir was used by the Swedish Air Force, with the military designation Tp91, Sk50B and Sk50C between 1946 and 1993. The Safir was, if you look at the number sold aircraft, SAAB's biggest export success, until the Saab 340. It was also used at several flying schools and other Air Forces. The total production of all versions (A to D) was  323 airframes. The Safir holds the unofficial world record for nonstop flight, set when Carl Gustav von Rosen ferried a Safir from Stockholm to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 30 hours 52 minutes in 1947. No barograph was carried along, so the record is not approved.

The kit is a high quality shortrun with injection moulded clear parts.
